Silver Oak Golf Course sits in Carson City, roughly 25 minutes south of Reno and about 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe. The par-71 layout plays 6,564 yards from the tournament tees and offers five sets of tees. Set against a high desert hillside, the course features pronounced elevation changes over the closing nine, opening up wide views across the valley, while lakes, longer holes and Sierra Nevada vistas to the south define the stretch that winds through the surrounding Silver Oak master-planned community. The Silver Oak Executive Conference Center accommodates events of up to 300 people, with a main Cadillac room and two adjoining breakout rooms. Its interior is decorated with automobile and private memorabilia collections from the 1950s and 60s, assembled by Garth Richards. A marble bar and a deck overlooking the Sierra Nevada look out toward the 18th green, and the center hosts parties, events and golf tournaments.
