Greenbriar Oceanaire Community & Golf Course

Greenbriar Oceanaire is a private golf course set within a 55-and-over active adult community in Waretown, New Jersey, spread across roughly 950 rolling acres in Ocean County. The championship-length layout is reserved for residents and is one of the community's central amenities.

Course play is complemented by a 38,000-square-foot clubhouse, which houses a full-service restaurant and pub along with a range of other facilities. The gated community itself includes more than 1,400 homes and employs a full-time lifestyle director and concierge staff to coordinate activities and events for residents.
