Brooklake Country Club
About Brooklake Country Club
Brooklake Country Club is a private club in Florham Park, New Jersey, set across 150 acres roughly 45 minutes from New York City.
The property's history dates to the late 1800s, when it served as the private estate of Dr. Leslie D. Ward, a co-founder of the Prudential Insurance Company. Known then as Brooklake Park, the grounds included a lake and landscaped surroundings used for leisure and entertaining.
In 1958 the estate became Braidburn Country Club, bringing golf and social membership to the site. Following renovations, it was renamed Brooklake Country Club in 1985, retaining much of its original architectural character.
