About The Golf Club of New England
The Golf Club of New England traces its origins to the fall of 1999, when a group of businessmen with a shared interest in golf set out to build a new club and acquired a large parcel of land spanning the towns of Stratham and Greenland, New Hampshire, with the natural character and acreage needed for an 18-hole course.
Arnold Palmer was brought onto the project, working with head designer Ed Seay through the design and construction of the layout. The resulting course was routed to let the natural landscape shape the golf, with the terrain and surrounding scenery forming the backbone of the design.
The club operates as a private facility with a limited membership.
