Wilson Country Club
About Wilson Country Club
Wilson Country Club features a golf course designed by Willard Byrd. The club traces its origins to May 1915, when it opened at the site now occupied by Willow Springs Country Club in Wilson, North Carolina. Membership growth in the years following World War II prompted a move, and the club relocated to its present property in 1973. In the summer of 2023 it joined the McConnell Golf portfolio.
Alongside the course, the club maintains a modern practice facility, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and a resort-style swimming pool. Dining is available on site, with menus that change by season. McConnell Golf membership also extends access to affiliated clubs across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
