About River Ridge Golf Club
River Ridge Golf Club occupies a stretch of rolling land shaped by the ravines and hills near the winding Neuse River in Raleigh. Landscape architect Chuck Smith routed the 18 holes through this terrain, fitting the course to the contours of the site rather than reshaping them.
The layout moves past wetlands, lakes and large rock outcroppings, with gentle hills and a notable range of terrain from hole to hole, making for a varied test across the round.
