About Broadmoor Links
Broadmoor Links in Fletcher, North Carolina, was designed by architect Karl Litten and opened in 1993, becoming a long-standing fixture of golf in the region.
In 2024, Hurricane Helene flooded the property, damaging fairways, greens and infrastructure. Rather than closing, the course was rebuilt and reimagined by Zeke C. Cooper, Lee Marshall and Justin Carlton, who retained elements of Litten's original routing while reworking the layout to be more modern and resilient. The reconstruction was carried out with the help of the Broadmoor staff, DreamCatcher Hotels, TreeWorks and Todd Godwin Construction.
The rebuilt course is intended as an approachable layout aimed at golfers and families alike.
