Pryor Creek Golf Club
About Pryor Creek Golf Club
Pryor Creek Golf Club opened in 1980 and remains tied to the Link family name. The layout grew out of a design concept by the late Elmer Link, who developed the plans with lifetime PGA member Johnny Walker and shaped a natural course routing. Elmer's son, Joe Link, manages the facility today.
The club sits beside Pryor Creek about 13 miles northeast of Billings, in a quiet rural setting away from the city. It operates as a semi-private club with two separate 18-hole courses: the Elmer Link Course, reserved for members and their guests, and the Johnny Walker Course, open to all players subject to availability. A dress code applies, with sleeved shirts required for men.
