About Briarwood Country Club
Opened in 1984, Briarwood sits a few miles south of Interstate 90 on Blue Creek Road, close to downtown Billings. The layout takes in wide views over the city and moves across varied terrain, with notable elevation change from hole to hole.
From the men's tees the course measures between 6,310 and 7,004 yards, while the women's tees range from 5,458 to 5,916 yards. In all there are four sets of adult tees and two sets of junior tees to suit a range of abilities. The ground can be walked, though carts are suggested to help maintain pace of play.
Briarwood is a private, member-owned club, and playing privileges are extended to members of other clubs.
