About Eagle Bend Golf Club

Eagle Bend Golf Club sits in Montana's Flathead Valley, near Bigfork. Its second nine holes were built in 1988, completed alongside a new clubhouse that went on to serve as a gathering place for the Eagle Bend community for 32 years.

At the invitation of his longtime friend Lon Hinkle, Jack Nicklaus came to the course to play an inaugural round and to dedicate both the new clubhouse and the added nine holes. Nicklaus, a keen outdoorsman, also spent time hunting in the nearby Bob Marshall Wilderness during the visit, deepening his connection to the Flathead Valley.
