Timberton Golf Club

Timberton Golf Club in Hattiesburg was designed by architect and PGA Tour professional Mark McCumber, with a layout intended to accommodate a range of skill levels. The course opened in 1991 and has become a fixture of championship golf in south Mississippi.

The club sits within a residential community that has grown up around the course over the decades. Its LakeView section overlooks the golf course and the property's private lakes, with homes styled after French country architecture and sites both along the water and on and off the fairways.
