About Glacier Club
The Glacier Club is an 18-hole public course in Washington Township, in southeast Michigan. It opened in 1993 to a design by Bill Newcomb, and was renovated in 2008 by golf course architect Arthur Hills.
The reworked layout is links-style, with wide fairways and mounding typical of that design. Five sets of tees suit a range of abilities, while the back tees stretch to 7,139 yards for stronger players. A practice facility is available for warming up or working on specific parts of the game.
