Ye Olde Country Club

Ye Olde Country Club is a nine-hole, par-35 course set in northern Michigan. While playable for golfers of all ages, it presents its share of challenges: small greens, changes in elevation, ponds, sand traps and a good deal of tree cover. The wooded surroundings also mean wildlife sightings are common, from deer, foxes and coyotes to eagles and hawks, and occasionally a bear.

The clubhouse has been remodeled in recent years but retains a rustic Up North character. A small pro shop carries basics such as golf balls, tees and gloves.

No alcohol is sold on site, and the course is cooler friendly, with ice and small coolers usually on hand.
