Monroe Golf & Country Club
About Monroe Golf & Country Club
Monroe Golf & Country Club in Monroe, Michigan, is built around a course designed by Donald Ross in 1919. The layout carries the hallmarks associated with Ross, including narrow fairways, undulating greens and grass-faced bunkering that reward strategic thinking over raw power.
Mature old-growth trees frame the fairways, with water hazards adding further definition to the routing.
The club caters to golfers at both ends of the experience range, with instruction and equipment available for newcomers to the game, along with practice and competitive play for established players looking to sharpen their skills.
