Gun Ridge Golf Course

Gun Ridge is a nine-hole course in Hastings, Michigan, laid out over rolling hills that wind around three ponds and center on a natural wildlife habitat. Deer, sandhill cranes, hawks and other wildlife are commonly seen on the property, and the country setting gives the round a park-like feel for golfers and riding companions alike.

The nine plays to a par of 35, with two par 3s, one par 5 and six par 4s. The longest hole measures 460 yards from the blue tees, though yardage alone does not tell the story: trees, elevation changes, water hazards and demanding greens shape the challenge. The layout is also suited to beginners.
