Garden Golf Course sits on the Garden Peninsula near the shores of Lake Michigan, just north of Garden, Michigan along highway M183.
The layout suits a range of skill levels, mixing open holes with others where trees come into play, and water is a factor on part of the course. The greens are bent grass and vary in size and shape. Pull carts, gas and electric carts, and rental clubs are available.
A full bar serves mixed drinks and beer, with snacks also on hand. The course participates in Harvest Hosts for travelers passing through the region, and it lies within reach of Upper Peninsula attractions such as Pictured Rocks, Fayette State Park, the historic House of Ludington in Escanaba, Garden Grove Retreat, and the Big Springs (Kitch-Iti-Kipi).
