About Lakelands Golf & Country Club
Lakelands Golf & Country Club in Brighton is undergoing a course renovation guided by its master plan, with golf course architect Mike DeVries advising on the work. The design and construction management firm Albanese & Lutzke is carrying out the project.
Bunkers are being rebuilt in an early vintage style, and the edges of the putting and fairway surfaces are being reclaimed, both to restore the property's original look and to give golfers a wider range of shot options around the greens.
The project also includes a fully updated irrigation system, a complete renovation of the tees, and a restructuring of the club's historic driving range.
