About Kensington Metropark Golf Course
Kensington Metropark Golf Course opened in 1961 as the first regulation golf course in the Metroparks system. Designed by Hugh Lamley, the layout plays 6,624 yards to a par of 71, with open fairways and soft greens that suit both newer players and more experienced golfers.
The eighth hole is the course's signature test, a 150-yard par 3 played across water. The back nine takes in views of Kent Lake.
