Green Acres Golf Course
About Green Acres Golf Course
Green Acres Golf Course sits in Bridgeport, Michigan, less than 15 minutes southeast of Saginaw and about 8 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth. The 18-hole layout is designed to suit families and players of all kinds, stretching 6,193 yards from the back tees.
Laid out by Ernie Wohlfeill, the course places a premium on accuracy rather than raw distance. Tight doglegged fairways and small putting surfaces ask for careful placement from the tee and precise approach shots, all set against a wooded Michigan backdrop.

The property changed hands in October, when Frankenmuth couple Herb Jankowsky and Alanna Darrow took over. The pair spent the following six months remodeling and reworking the course along with its bar and restaurant.
