About Clear Lake Golf Club
Clear Lake Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in Big Rapids, Michigan, open to all players.
The layout routes through rolling hills, wetlands and around Clear Lake itself, with bentgrass greens and a bluegrass mix on the fairways and tee boxes.
Michigan course designer Jeff Gorney, a resident of Comstock, began his design business in 1988 after more than 15 years working on the maintenance side of the golf industry. His first project was a nine-hole addition to the course that is now Clear Lake Golf Club.
