Highland Green Golf Club
About Highland Green Golf Club
Highland Green Golf Club opened in the early 2000s as part of the Highland Green adult community in Topsham, Maine. Golf writer and former Topsham resident Jim Dodson contributed to the design of the nine-hole layout, which winds through the community's wide-open natural landscape and carries a Scottish character. Dodson has described it as a shot maker's course.
Along with Highland Green residents and golfers from the mid-coast region, the club serves as the home course for the Mt. Ararat High School golf team, whose Eagles took state titles in 2018 and 2019. The course record of 30 belongs to former Mt. Ararat golfer Caleb Manuel, now a PGA Tour Americas player, who set it during a high school round.
