About J W Parks Golf Course
J W Parks Golf Course is a nine-hole course in Pittsfield, Maine. Michael and Dawn returned to Pittsfield in 1995 with the aim of developing the course into one of the state's leading nine-hole facilities, and improvements made since then include a full driving range, automatic irrigation and cart paths.
The operation remains a family effort. Gavin, who grew up at the course, oversees much of the outside operations and works as a golf instructor in central Maine. Eric, also raised at J W Parks, serves as clubhouse manager and event coordinator and assists with planning outings and gatherings.
