About Toddy Brook Golf Course
Toddy Brook Golf Course sits on land that was once the Anderson family farm in North Yarmouth. Siblings Robert Anderson and Christina Anderson-Benn developed the course, opening the front nine in 2002 and adding the back nine in 2005.
The public layout plays to a par of 71 and offers five sets of tees, making it playable for a range of skill levels. The terrain rolls across the former farmland, with elevation changes of as much as 150 feet and water in play at numerous points. Among the holes is a reachable par 5 with trouble down both sides, leaving golfers to decide between going for the green or laying up.
