The Meadows Golf Club
About The Meadows Golf Club
The Meadows Golf Club was founded in 1997 by brothers Ron and Richard Foster, on land with a long family history. Their grandparents, Olga and Otto Mittlebachert, bought the property in 1924 and farmed it until 1955, when Clara and David Foster moved in with their two sons to continue the farm following Otto's death. The Foster brothers later operated a construction company on the site from 1975 until 1996.

The club takes its name from the meadow behind the old family home, where the brothers played as children. A bench between the ninth green and the first tee, on the spot where the main house once stood, memorializes their grandmother, who lived in the family home until her death in 2011 at the age of 95.
In 2017 the course was acquired from the Fosters by Randall Anderson and a group of friends, who continue to build on what the family established.
