About Apple Valley Golf Course & Hoppers
Apple Valley Golf Course is Lewiston's only golf course, designed and built in 1960 by Arthur "Stubby" Chapman, who was also responsible for the Prospect and Maple Lane courses. The nine-hole public layout offers three sets of tees and five bunkers, making it playable for golfers of a range of ages and abilities.
The clubhouse at 316 Pinewoods Road is close to 200 years old and houses a recently renovated pro shop along with Hoppers Pub. The pub serves food and drink to golfers finishing their round as well as to visitors stopping in, and its deck seats 75 with a view of the closing hole.
