Richland Golf Club

Richland Golf Club is a public course in Middletown, Maryland, laid out by architect Rick Jacobson with the intent of challenging players across a range of skill levels. The design moves over rolling fairways and uses bunkering strategically, finishing at bent grass greens.

The course is among the few public layouts in the Frederick area to use bent grass on the tees and fairways as well as the greens, a surface more often found at private clubs. Water affects six holes, placing a premium on accuracy and shot selection. The 15th is a par 3 played across water to an island green.
