River Marsh Golf Club

River Marsh Golf Club is a public course on Maryland's Eastern Shore, set along the broad Choptank River as it flows into the Chesapeake Bay.

The layout closes with a memorable pair of holes. The 17th is a par 3 playing up to 200 yards from the back tees, asking for a carry over Shoal Creek to a large green ringed by three bunkers, with tall trees and a river view behind the putting surface.

The 18th is a risk-reward hole that longer players can reach in two. The Choptank River borders the entire left side from tee to green, accompanied by a sprawling coastal bunker that works its way into the broad fairway near the ideal second-shot landing area, while mature oaks line the right. Back pin positions sit close to the water, tucked behind the greenside bunker.
