Ruggles Golf Course is located on the Aberdeen Proving Ground military installation in Maryland.
Practice facilities include a range set on an acre of grass, along with a bunker and a practice putting green. Annual memberships are available, structured by rank or grade, and allow members to take part in club-sponsored events.
