About Ferncroft Country Club
Ferncroft Country Club is a private, family-oriented club set on 287 gently rolling acres in Middleton, Massachusetts, roughly 16 miles north of downtown Boston.
The championship course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and plays as a challenging test, while a separate par-three executive course offers a shorter, more relaxed round and a place for newer players to learn the game. A practice facility is also on site.

From 1980 to 1990 Ferncroft hosted the LPGA Boston Five Classic, with champions including Amy Alcott, Judy Dickinson, Sandra Palmer, Jane Geddes and Donna Caponi, who later made the club her home course. The club has also held events for the Massachusetts Golf Association and the Women's Golf Association of Massachusetts, as well as USGA and NEPGA competitions and a Junior Drive, Chip and Putt Championship.
