About Country Club of Greenfield
The Country Club of Greenfield traces its origins to 1896, when it was founded as the Greenfield Golf Club on the town's Abercrombie Pasture. The club moved to its present site in 1901 and is regarded as one of the oldest golf clubs in New England.
The course was laid out by Alex Findlay and later expanded to 18 holes to a design by Ralph Barton.
