Mallard Golf Club
About Mallard Golf Club
Mallard Golf Club is a City of Lake Charles course designed by Jeff Blume in the style of a Scottish links. The layout is treeless and framed by native areas, with rolling terrain, elevated greens and five sets of tees.
The design emphasizes firm, fast fairways that encourage plenty of roll, paired with generous landing areas so the course can test low-handicap players while remaining playable for higher handicaps — an unusual links character for Louisiana.
A new clubhouse opened in June 2023.
