Greystone Country Club

Greystone is a tree-lined layout in Denham Springs shaped largely by water, with 14 lakes along with streams and wetlands woven through the property. Because so much of the trouble comes from natural carries, the course uses relatively few sand bunkers, and accurate club selection matters throughout the round.

Among the toughest tests is the par-4 11th, where the tee shot must carry wetlands and the edge of a lake into a narrow landing area roughly 200 to 240 yards out, with water on both sides of the fairway, followed by an approach of 110 to 160 yards played mostly over water to a multi-tiered green. The par-5 ninth and 18th each cross water twice; the ninth finishes at a well-guarded green beside a lake, while the 18th calls for an approach to an island green.
