About Calvert City Golf & Country Club
Calvert City Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole course in western Kentucky, opened in the spring of 1970 and designed by Harold England. The par-72 layout measures 6,679 yards from the back tees and 3,574 yards from the forward tees, with five sets of teeing areas.
The course features MiniVerde Ultra Dwarf Bermuda greens and El Toro Zoysia fairways. Sand bunkers and lakes figure into play on several holes, and a natural creek runs through or near seven of them, adding both challenge and views of the surrounding wetlands and wildlife.
The club also accommodates business meetings and similar gatherings, with a selection of tables and chairs and a large projection screen available.
