Council Grove Country Club
About Council Grove Country Club
Council Grove Country Club has occupied its spot in the Flint Hills since 1924. The 9-hole course lies just north of the lake on gently rolling ground, with a walkable routing, bentgrass greens, water hazards and bunkers that call for a measured approach. It plays to a par of 36 at just under 2,900 yards.
Beyond golf, the club grounds include tennis courts and a swimming pool, along with a clubhouse that has served members and their families for generations. The town of Council Grove is itself tied to the history of the Santa Fe Trail, which once passed through the area.
