Round Barn Golf Club
About Round Barn Golf Club
Round Barn Golf Club is a traditional 18-hole public course set in downtown Rochester, Indiana, with a layout that mixes scenery and challenge for a range of skill levels. The back nine occupies land that once served as a federal fish hatchery, and several water hazards figure into play there.
The course plays to a par of 72, balancing scoring chances with demanding pars. The opening hole is among the toughest, with a small lake to the left and Mill Creek to the right, while the 17th asks players to decide between laying up safely or taking on a carry over Mill Creek.
Practice facilities include a full-length driving range, practice greens, and a pitching area with bunkers.
