About Woodstock Country Club
Woodstock Country Club is the oldest country club in McHenry County. Its course was laid out by Thomas Bendelow, a highly prolific American golf architect whose work includes Medinah No. 3, a venue for the U.S. Open, the Senior U.S. Open and the PGA Championship.
The layout occupies the rolling hills of northern Illinois and presents a test for members and their guests. Clubhouse facilities include a formal dining room, a grill for casual lunches and a bar, in a relaxed social setting.
