About Hawthorn Woods Country Club
Hawthorn Woods Country Club is an Arnold Palmer Signature Design, laid out across terrain marked by streams, lakes and elevation changes with relatively few trees in play.
The course plays just under 7,100 yards from the championship tees and features bentgrass fairways and greens. It is a members' club.
Competitive golf has a place in the club's history: it hosted the Illinois Open Championship in 2008 and again from 2011 through 2015, and the Illinois Senior Open in 2024.
