Twin Oaks Golf Course

Twin Oaks Golf Course sits just outside Carlyle, Illinois, near Carlyle Lake, and has served golfers in Clinton County and the surrounding area since 1968. Designed by architect Clete Idoux, the public nine-hole layout follows a traditional routing, with mature trees and natural doglegs that reward careful shot selection.

The course is currently undergoing restoration work, renewing a familiar local landmark while retaining its classic Midwestern character. A full round typically takes two to two-and-a-half hours, making it suited to shorter outings or to introducing newcomers to the game.
