About Cary Country Club
Cary Country Club dates to 1923, when it opened as a semi-private golf and social club reached by rail from Chicago. It began with just five holes as a weekend retreat, grew to nine, and was eventually expanded to the 18-hole layout in play today.
The course sits in the Fox River Valley, a setting of changing seasonal color and shade. Decades of maturing have given it hundreds of large oaks lining wide fairways, and the rolling ground calls for a variety of shots. The club also has an expanded clubhouse with a restaurant.
