Swanhills Golf Course
About Swanhills Golf Course
Swanhills Golf Course sits in Belvidere, Illinois, just east of Rockford, and has been in play since 1995. The parkland-style layout features wide fairways, open greens and hazards positioned to shape strategy, making it approachable for newer players while still presenting decisions for more experienced golfers.
No housing borders the fairways, so rounds unfold in an uninterrupted natural setting. The course's greens were seeded and grown in under the direction of its superintendent, who continues to oversee playing conditions.
Indoor facilities at the course can seat up to 100 guests, accommodating meals, auctions and other gatherings after a round.
