About 3-30 Golf & Country Club
The 3/30 Club in Lowden opened in 1969 as a venture of the newly formed Lowden Development Corporation, built on land that had been the Hugo and Alice Meyer farm at the town's eastern edge. The project was financed by selling stock shares to the public.
The original facility included a nine-hole golf course, a swimming pool and a clubhouse. The clubhouse was expanded in 1970, and a further major addition and remodeling followed in 1992.
