About Indianola Golf Club
Indianola Golf Club is a private 18-hole club in Indianola, Iowa, with roots dating back to 1920. For much of its history the course played as nine holes, expanding to a full 18 when a new west nine opened for play in the spring of 2004.
The layout features noticeable elevation changes, thick rough and generous forward tees. Course conditioning is overseen by superintendent Joe Burke.
The clubhouse has a relaxed, casual feel and serves as a gathering spot for the club's membership, which numbers more than 300. Memberships remain available following the expansion to 18 holes.
