The Ocean Course At Hokuala

Set on Kauaʻi, the oldest of the Hawaiian islands, the course at Hōkūala sits within a resort on an island whose settlement history reaches back more than 1,500 years, to the arrival of Polynesian voyagers by outrigger canoe. That heritage, and the culture of the Garden Isle, is reflected throughout the property.

Respect for the ʻāina, or land, guides the resort's approach. Land from a former, defunct golf course on the site has been reclaimed and turned into a wilderness preserve, a fruit orchard and an organic vegetable garden at the center of the resort.
