The Club at Lake Sinclair
About The Club at Lake Sinclair
Set on the shores of Lake Sinclair a short drive from downtown Milledgeville, Georgia, the club opened in 1957 as Milledgeville Country Club and has been part of the local community for more than 50 years.
In the fall of 2016, Ted and Joni Smith bought the then-struggling club as an investment in their hometown of Milledgeville and Baldwin County. A rebranding followed, including the new name, The Club at Lake Sinclair, along with renovations to the clubhouse and golf course.
Dining was addressed as part of the same effort, through a partnership with local restaurateur Jason Medders, owner of Aubri Lane's.
