About River North Country Club
River North began in 1972 as a recreational community developed by Robert J. Adams Jr., covering roughly 1,800 acres in Jones County, Georgia. The golf course, an 18-hole layout designed by Gary Player, was finished in 1974, when the club opened for play.
Beyond golf, the property includes a 19,000-square-foot clubhouse along with eight clay tennis courts, six pickleball courts, a swimming pool and a fitness center, giving the club a family-oriented recreational focus.
