The front nine includes elevated approach shots on the first and seventh holes, a narrow tree-lined fairway on the par-5 third, and a blind tee shot on the sixth. The eighth, called "The Pond," asks players to carry close to 100 yards of water from the tee before an approach to a narrow green.
