Cherokee Run Golf Club
About Cherokee Run Golf Club
Cherokee Run Golf Club sits in the rolling hills of Rockdale County, within the Georgia International Horse Park. The course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay of the Arnold Palmer Design Group and opened in 1995.
The wooded site was occupied for centuries by Cherokee Indians, and project architect Harrison Minchew reported uncovering dozens of arrowheads in the red Georgia clay during construction.
