Wolf Creek Golf Club
About Wolf Creek Golf Club
Wolf Creek Golf Club occupies roughly 250 acres of rolling hills and wetlands in South Fulton County, land that was used as farmland and hunting ground before golf arrived. The course opened in 2001, the project of two Georgia Tech graduates who wanted an accessible golf experience close to Atlanta.
Architect Mike Young designed the layout to work with the existing terrain, routing fairways through wooded ground and natural elevation changes rather than reshaping the site. The result is a course that asks for thoughtful shot selection and patience rather than pure power.

Although it sits about 15 miles from downtown Atlanta and a short drive from the airport, the setting is quiet and wooded, with ponds in play and wildlife such as deer and herons regularly seen on the property. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, and alcohol may not be consumed on the grounds.
