About Bonifay Golf Course
Bonifay Country Club is a 27-hole facility in The Villages, which opened in the fall of 2011 with its first two nines, Destin and Ft. Walton.
The course offers five sets of tees stretching from 4,763 to 7,090 yards, accommodating a range of skill levels. Rolling terrain, notable changes in elevation and distinctive green complexes shape the challenge. Among the most memorable holes is the fifth on the Destin nine, a par 3 playing from 95 to 207 yards almost entirely over water, with the pond fronting the green and bunkers set behind it.
The layout was designed by the Clifton, Ezell and Clifton Design Group.
