Miccosukee Golf & Country Club in Miami is laid out as 27 holes, divided into three distinct nines—Dolphin, Marlin and Barracuda—each with its own design character and level of difficulty. Golfers can play a single nine, a conventional 18, or the full 27, moving through landscaped grounds and water features that figure prominently in the routing.
The Dolphin nine starts just past the driving range and circles a large lake, making for a moderately demanding loop with a balance of risk and reward. The Marlin nine plays a more secluded path among mature trees and connected lakes, rewarding creativity and accurate shotmaking.
